I pride myself on making a concerted effort to really listen to what individual buyers are looking for and to keep an eye on what’s coming on the market that might meet their needs. Sometimes that means being patient. I’m not going to push someone into making a quick decision so I can get a sale. I want to be able to sleep nights and to gain repeat business working with clients at their pace until we find the right property.

But personally keeping an eye on the market isn’t always enough. That’s a major reason why I developed this website with tools for buyers to search properties, learn about the area, and its resources. Here are some of the available tools and services I offer:

SELLER Services

I have extensive experience with in-town sales as well as rural and farm properties. And I truly enjoy devoting any extra time that might be needed in assisting seniors if/when it comes time to transition into a new living arrangement. As for the property itself, selling is all about first impressions, setting the right price, great photos, and getting the word out.

  • Pricing
    • Pricing it right is really, really important so you can hold firm on your price when the offers start coming in. That’s so much more effective than over-pricing and risking no offers at all. Of course, setting the price will be influenced by your specific situation.
  • Exposure
    • Your property can be listed on both the WVMLS (Willamette Valley) and the (Regional) RMLS which means exposure to a much greater audience of local real estate agents and buyers than most of my competion offers.
  • First Impressions
    • We’ll talk about what steps you might want to take that will ensure your property shows at its best for a quick top dollar sale.
  • Negotiating
    • Every transaction is different in many ways; buyer and seller motivations, market conditions, and even who is representing each side. When an offer comes in, I base my negotiating strategies on these nuances and work with you to negotiate the best price for your sale. If I had to pick a label, I’d like to think ‘touch but fair ‘ describes my style.
  • Teams and Transitions
    • Selling and moving is complicated! That’s why I keep updating a core team of available resources to help with all of the aspects of preparing, repairing, packing and moving. Ask me about special services for seniors faced with down-sizing into a much smaller space.
